Landis Smithers, Vice President of Marketing, Grindr, is crafting Grindr’s evolution from a social networking app into a global lifestyle brand. Shortly after graduating from Cornell University with a degree in English and Social Anthropology, Smithers started his career at global advertising agency, Leo Burnett spearheading national campaigns for clients such as Clarion and Special K.

Andrew Ellis

Senior Manager - Europe CRM, Gap

Andrew is Senior CRM Manager for Gap and leads the CRM strategy and execution for Europe. He has over 8 years of retail marketing experience and a broad remit that includes acquisition, retention, loyalty, email and partnerships. Most recently he has led a project team to launch Gap's first mobile loyalty programme in Europe, Gap+.

Candice Fragis

Buying and Merchandising Director, Farfetch

Candice Fragis is the Buying and Merchandising Director for Farfetch. She brings to the company over 12 years of experience in the industry, having started her career in the buying department at Browns.

At Farfetch she leads the buying, merchandising and visual merchandising teams across men’s, women’s, kids and beauty.

Martin Bartle

Former Global Communications and eCommerce Director, Agent Provocateur

Martin has 20 years of eCommerce and online marketing experience in luxury and fashion retail with over 30 brands including as the Marketing Director at NET-A-PORTER. He provided strategic and tactical support to Matches Fashion and MyTheresa during their transition from boutiques into online businesses. At Lane Crawford Martin was the VP of Business Development and led an 18 month project launching them online in China and internationally.

Eve Williams

Brand Director, ASOS

Eve Williams is the Brand Director of ASOS, the online fashion retailer. The site stocks an edit of the best fashion for 20 somethings around the world with over 75,000 lines and 900 brands on the site at any one time, and ships to over 150 countries around the world every day. Eve’s remit includes marketing, content, social and creative – all the touch points to ensure brand remains relevant to a fast moving target audience.

James Wintle

Global Director of Digital and Technology, AllSaints

James Wintle joined AllSaints in August 2005 in the Retail team, after 3 years across Flagship stores and Area Management took leadership of the brand's digital business. Since then Wintle has expanded AllSaints' digital & eCommerce presence from the UK to Europe, North America and most recently Korea to great success, with a key focus on customer experience & engagement.

Kate Blythe

Global Content Director,

Kate is Global Content Director at MATCHESFASHION.COM. She joined the team in early 2013 to head up the in-house editorial team and help create engaging, inspiring content across all platforms that speaks to luxury customers everywhere and on every device. Under the direction of Kate, MATCHESFASHION.COM produces a bi-annual print magazine and two weekly online magazines containing designer interviews, fashion shoots, and trend advice.

Aoife Desmond

Senior Manager, eCommerce, Twitter

​Aoife is an industry manager at Twitter UK for Retail and eCommerce. With 15 years of experience in digital marketing, she previously led Facebook's​ retail team and managed agency ​​development within German speaking markets. Prior to this she was Head of European Marketing at VisitScotland and led brand strategy for the award-winning 'Meet the Scots' marketing​ campaign, which won a Euro Effie and Marketing Excellence Award.

Pia Stanchina

Industry Manager - Digital Acceleration: Fashion & Luxury Retail, Google

At Google, Pia manages a portfolio of fashion, luxury and beauty pureplay and multi-channel advertisers, strategically consulting senior-level executives on tech, business and consumer trends and the benefits of Google’s e-commerce solutions. She also advises on the British Fashion Council’s innovation and digital pillar that aims to make London the most technologically savvy and innovative fashion capital of the world.

Theresa Austin

Head of Brand Services,

With 15+ years of experience in ecommerce and a background in digital design, Theresa is the Head of Brand Services at Responsible for ensuring’s signed brands have the best possible experience, from technical onboarding through to day to day commercial operations, Theresa holds the firm belief that technology is the key to rapid growth for any young brand.

Christina Albe

Brand & Other Stuff, Kit & Ace

Having spent most of her working life in rapidly growing businesses (Under Armour, BOOM Cycle, We Are {The Collective}, and Kit and Ace), it’s safe to say she’s a fan of controlled chaos, high energy working environments and contributing to a larger cause. Christina is a graduate of Hult International Business School, where she received an In International Marketing, and the University of South Carolina.

Jonny Burch

Consumer Product Design Lead, Deliveroo

Jonny heads up the Deliveroo consumer product design team – making sure hungry people in 60+ cities across 12 countries are getting food from their favourite restaurants hot to their door. Previous to Deliveroo as co-founder of digital agency ZombieLabs he has crafted digital experiences for brands like Diesel, Converse and E. Tautz as well as building childrens banking products, designing fashion books and founding a magazine.

Millie Kendall MBE

Co-Founder & Marketing Director, BeautyMART

Alongside Anna-Marie Solowij, Millie is Co-Founder of BeautyMART, a disruptive retail concept for beauty at TopShop Oxford Circus and online at Millie has been instrumental
in the success of many cult beauty brands, from Shu Uemura and Aveda to Ruby & Millie and
Concoction Haircare.
