Shortly after graduating from Cornell University with a degree in English and Social Anthropology, Smithers started his career at global advertising agency, Leo Burnett spearheading national campaigns for clients such as Clarion and Special K.

Andrew Ellis

Senior Manager - Europe CRM, Gap

Andrew is Senior CRM Manager for Gap and leads the CRM strategy and execution for Europe. He has over 8 years of retail marketing experience and a broad remit that includes acquisition, retention, loyalty, email and partnerships. Most recently he has led a project team to launch Gap's first mobile loyalty programme in Europe, Gap+.

Candice Fragis

Buying and Merchandising Director, Farfetch

Candice Fragis is the Buying and Merchandising Director for Farfetch. She brings to the company over 12 years of experience in the industry, having started her career in the buying department at Browns.

At Farfetch she leads the buying, merchandising and visual merchandising teams across men’s, women’s, kids and beauty.

Martin Bartle

Former Global Communications and eCommerce Director, Agent Provocateur

Martin has 20 years of eCommerce and online marketing experience in luxury and fashion retail with over 30 brands including as the Marketing Director at NET-A-PORTER. He provided strategic and tactical support to Matches Fashion and MyTheresa during their transition from boutiques into online businesses. At Lane Crawford Martin was the VP of Business Development and led an 18 month project launching them online in China and internationally.

Eve Williams

Eve Williams is the Brand Director of ASOS, the online fashion retailer. The site stocks an edit of the best fashion for 20 somethings around the world with over 75,000 lines and 900 brands on the site at any one time, and ships to over 150 countries around the world every day. Eve’s remit includes marketing, content, social and creative – all the touch points to ensure brand remains relevant to a fast moving target audience.

James Wintle

James Wintle joined AllSaints in August 2005 in the Retail team, after 3 years across Flagship stores and Area Management took leadership of the brand's digital business. Since then Wintle has expanded AllSaints' digital & eCommerce presence from the UK to Europe, North America and most recently Korea to great success, with a key focus on customer experience & engagement.

Kate is Global Content Director at MATCHESFASHION.COM. She joined the team in early 2013 to head up the in-house editorial team and help create engaging, inspiring content across all platforms that speaks to luxury customers everywhere and on every device. Under the direction of Kate, MATCHESFASHION.COM produces a bi-annual print magazine and two weekly online magazines containing designer interviews, fashion shoots, and trend advice.

With 15+ years of experience in ecommerce and a background in digital design, Theresa is the Head of Brand Services at Style.com. Responsible for ensuring Style.com’s signed brands have the best possible experience, from technical onboarding through to day to day commercial operations, Theresa holds the firm belief that technology is the key to rapid growth for any young brand.

Christina Albe

Having spent most of her working life in rapidly growing businesses (Under Armour, BOOM Cycle, We Are {The Collective}, and Kit and Ace), it’s safe to say she’s a fan of controlled chaos, high energy working environments and contributing to a larger cause. Christina is a graduate of Hult International Business School, where she received an M.S.degree In International Marketing, and the University of South Carolina.

Jonny Burch

Consumer Product Design Lead, Deliveroo

Jonny heads up the Deliveroo consumer product design team – making sure hungry people in 60+ cities across 12 countries are getting food from their favourite restaurants hot to their door. Previous to Deliveroo as co-founder of digital agency ZombieLabs he has crafted digital experiences for brands like Diesel, Converse and E. Tautz as well as building childrens banking products, designing fashion books and founding a magazine.

Millie Kendall MBE

Co-Founder & Marketing Director, BeautyMART

Alongside Anna-Marie Solowij, Millie is Co-Founder of BeautyMART, a disruptive retail concept for beauty at TopShop Oxford Circus and online at thisisbeautymart.com. Millie has been instrumental
in the success of many cult beauty brands, from Shu Uemura and Aveda to Ruby & Millie and
Concoction Haircare.

Kasia Luczak

Fashion Direction – Trendscouting & Concept Design, Zalando

Kasia Luczak is Trend Scout at Zalando. As part of the Fashion Direction team, she provides guidance in the jungle of different styles and boils it down to key trends and must-have products for our customers. She is a sociologist and trend forecaster. Graduated in 2012 from ESADE Business School with a MSc in Business Innovation, and two year later with a MA in Fashion Trend Forecasting from florentinian Polimoda.

Emma Goble

Social Media & Marketing Editor, River Island

Emma has been specialising in Social Media and Editorial for the past 6 years since graduating with a BA Hons in Fashion Journalism at UCA and has worked for fashion brands such as La Senza, Monsoon Accessorize and River Island. Her role as Social Media and Marketing Editor at River Island is to curate and execute a leading social strategy and direct the brand's tone of voice across social, blog and the in-store magazine.

Over the past 8 years, Lynne has developed a unique global perspective on the luxury and retail industry’s inside approach to digital and has advised over 100 premium brands on emerging technologies.

Lynne has recently be appointed as Director of the Digital Fashion Studio at London College of Fashion and is currently working to establish an ambitious new research facility to explore emerging horizons of Digital Anthropology.

Sharmadean Reid

Brand consultant, stylist, entrepreneur, mentor, Sharmadean Reid has one foot in the street and one foot in the boardroom. Sharmadean started a fanzine called WAH in 2004, in order to promote females in creative industries. With three successful issues, Sharmadean took it online, as one of the pioneers of blog culture. In 2009 The WAH brand set up a physical home in the shape of WAH Nails, a salon and creative space in Dalston.

Ben Demiri heads up RIPE Productions, a London-based tech company, who's mission is to be the world's leading platform for digital customisation in the luxury fashion sector.

The company also owns a proprietary fashion sneaker brand MYSWEAR, as the embodiment of the digital luxury customisation: clients are able to virtually create their own dream sneaker via phone, tablet or desktop.

Jessica Davies is UK editor of Digiday, a New York-headquartered media company that specialises in providing in-depth coverage on the media and marketing landscape, centring on publishers, brands, agencies and platforms. She is responsible for building the brand's presence across Europe.

Digiday is part of Digiday Media, which also owns newly launched media brand Glossy, which reports on the intersection of luxury, fashion and tech.

Damien Poelhekke

Originally from the Netherlands, Damien launched his early career in Finance at Rabobank in Paris, returning to Rotterdam in 2008 to complete an MSc at RSM Erasmus University. Following this, Damien moved into a senior role in Equity Sales at Rabobank International, Amsterdam, where his team was ranked #1 in the prestigious Institutional Investor Research Team survey three years running.
